Returns and Exchanges
At Officials Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted, however, we work very hard to ensure that you receive exactly what you are looking for on the initial order. If you have question about sizes or specific products, we are available through email or phone to assist (firstname.lastname@example.org, 662-408-4936). Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with more information.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return/exchange an unused item within 60 days from the original date of purchase for a refund minus the initial cost of shipping, we also ask that you pay return shipping. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, and tags must be in new condition and included with the product.

- The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 60 days.
- The item(s) must still have the original tags attached.
- The item(s) must never have been used, hemmed, or altered.
- The item(s) should be in resalable condition with tags attached.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We will pay for the outbound shipping on any exchanged items (within the US only). Freight for all other shipping methods is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may use any shipping method to send returned items back to us, however, we recommend the shipping method include a tracking number and insurance for the full value of the item(s) being returned. The customer is responsible for the item(s) until the package is delivered to our warehouse (including any lost packages or damages while in transit).
If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange.
Please note that it may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected, and processed.
The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases, the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and processed.
