Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

By placing an order with Officials Equipment, the customer agrees to the following return terms and conditions.

 Officials Equipment strives to ensure customers receive the correct product the first time. If you have sizing or product questions, please contact us prior to ordering at sales@officialsequipment.com or 662-408-4936.

 If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange an unused item within 60 days of the original purchase date. Approved returns will be refunded minus the original outbound shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, inserts, and tags must be included and in new condition. Please see full eligibility details below.

Eligibility for Return

Unused merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund minus original outbound shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Purchased within 60 days
• New, unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Not sharpened, skated on, altered, hemmed, mounted, or customized
• All original tags attached
• All original packaging, boxes, bags, and inserts included and in new, resalable condition
• Free of odors, deodorant marks, sweat, scuffing, scratches, damage, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for refund.



Skates – Special Return Conditions

Hockey skates must be returned:

• Not baked
• Not sharpened
• With original steel installed
• In original box in new condition

Skates that have been sharpened, mounted, baked, worn on ice, or show any blade marks or holder wear are considered used and are not eligible for return.



Helmets & Protective Equipment

Due to safety, hygiene, and liability standards, helmets and protective equipment showing any signs of wear are not eligible for return.



Opened or Damaged Packaging

Original product packaging is considered part of the product.

Returns with:

• Torn, crushed, taped, written-on, or damaged boxes
• Missing inserts, bags, or packaging materials

may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, at our sole discretion.

If packaging damage prevents resale as new, the return will be denied.



Inspection & Discretion

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Officials Equipment reserves the sole right to determine whether returned merchandise is in new and resalable condition.

If a return does not meet policy requirements, we may:

• Deny the return and ship the item back at the customer’s expense
• Apply a restocking fee of up to 40%

This determination is made at our sole discretion.



Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for returned merchandise until it is delivered to our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

If a return is denied, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping to have the merchandise sent back to them.

Unclaimed denied returns left unpaid for 30 days may be considered abandoned merchandise.



Shipping Cost Deductions

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

If free or discounted shipping was applied, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In some cases, the actual shipping cost may exceed the amount originally charged.



Processing Time

Returns may take 5–10 business days to be inspected and processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.



Custom Items – Final Sale

All custom or personalized items are final sale.

This includes products customized with names, numbers, logos, measurements, sharpening, mounting, or other customer-specific specifications.

Officials Equipment is not responsible for errors in sizing, spelling, or information provided by the customer.



Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Officials Equipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Returns & Exchanges Policy.



Policy Updates

Officials Equipment reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
