2026 CCM BAG GIVEAWAY RULES
OFFICIALS EQUIPMENT, LLC SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Officials Equipment, LLC, located at 8295 Highway 178, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, as well as members of their household, are not eligible to enter or win.
VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by:
Purchase Entry
Customers who make a qualifying purchase of $200 or more from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, participants must:
- Follow Officials Equipment on the designated social media platform(s) identified in the Sweepstakes announcement; and
- Send a direct message (DM) to Officials Equipment during the Sweepstakes Period stating their favorite hockey team or favorite hockey player.
Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. The direct message must be received before the Sweepstakes closing date and time specified in these Official Rules.
By submitting an entry through this Alternate Method of Entry, participants agree to these Official Rules. Social media entries are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable social media platform.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.
5. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person per day unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud, automated means, or other unfair methods may result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Prize: CCM Official/Referee Bag - 30 Inch
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $109.99.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 3, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, social media direct message, or mail within a reasonable time following the drawing.
If the potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted,
- Fails to respond within seven (7) days,
- Fails to complete any required documentation,
- Is found to be ineligible, or
- Refuses the prize,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Verification and Affidavit
Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and any other documentation required by law before receiving the prize.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of any prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. Winners should consult their own tax advisor regarding tax obligations.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
13. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
14. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries;
- Technical malfunctions;
- Unauthorized human intervention;
- Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes; or
- Injury or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of any prize.
15. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and related promotional activities.
